A pattern change is expected Sunday through Tuesday with an upper level low passing through the region during that time. This will result in unsettled weather with periods of rain and a slight chance of thunderstorms, with the highest probability expected on Monday. Conditions hazardous to small craft are likely to return Sunday afternoon as seas steepen with the addition of southerly wind waves to increasing northwest swell. Steep seas are likely to continue into mid-week before conditions improve. && .MFR WATCHES/WARNINGS/ADVISORIES... OR...None. CA...None. PACIFIC COASTAL WATERS...None. && $$
