A lower cloud deck exist in the Coquille Basin and this lower cloud deck should burn off later this morning with partly sunny skies by the afternoon. The high cloud deck is filtering out the sum some, but it's still able to poke through and the perception is it will at least be partly cloudy. Therefore adjustments were made to the forecast to reflect this. Today will be the warmest day of the forecast period with continued dry weather. It will remain dry Saturday with slight cooling followed by cooler and unsettled weather during the day Sunday into the start of next week. -Petrucelli && .AVIATION...09/12Z TAFs...VFR conditions will prevail with cirrus streaming overhead through the next 24 hours for inland sites. A pattern change is expected Sunday through Tuesday with an upper level low passing through the region during that time. This will result in unsettled weather with periods of rain and a slight chance of thunderstorms, with the highest probability expected on Monday. Conditions hazardous to small craft are likely to return Sunday afternoon as seas steepen with the addition of southerly wind waves to increasing northwest swell.
