We will remain under the influence of higher pressure off to the

west, which will generally leave benign weather across the region.

Temperatures will continue a minor warming trend into the middle

to upper 60s for tomorrow. Overnight, lows will be in the middle

30s for tonight.

(Monday night through next Sunday)

The next cold front arrives on Tuesday, with brisk north winds 

developing behind the front, along with cooler temperatures. 

Highs on Tuesday will be mainly in the low to mid 60s. Cooler

temperatures will persist into mid week as surface high pressure 

settles over the area. Highs on Wednesday will be in the 50s and  

lower 60s, with lows Tuesday night and Wednesday night mainly in 

the 30s, although some upper 20s will be possible in some of the 

outlying areas early Thursday morning. 



A warming trend will take place by late into the weekend, as 

ridging aloft builds over the Southern Plains and south winds 

return. Above normal temperatures are expected by the weekend, 

with highs in the low to mid 70s and overnight lows in the 40s.

Stratus is forecast to develop across the Hill Country Monday

morning, then spread north, resulting in MVFR to IFR ceilings at

KJCT and KSOA. KSJT and KBBD will be on the edge of the stratus,

so have continued VFR ceilings for now. VFR conditions will return

to all sites by late morning Monday. Light winds overnight will 

become southwest and increase to 12 to 20 knots, with higher 

gusts, by late morning.
