Showers and thunderstorms are possible this morning through the afternoon hours, mainly across western Oklahoma and western north Texas. Some of this activity may make its way into southern and central Oklahoma as well. Given the weak parameter space, severe weather is not expected. The aforementioned moisture advection will help foster cloudy skies today and tonight. That being said, afternoon highs will stay in the mid 80s for most locations.
