Issued at 110 PM CDT Mon Oct 27 2025 As our present low pressure system spins out with its rains today, the next low pressure system takes shape and comes in with its rains by Tuesday night-Wednesday. A relative lull in between, showers will be light and more widely scattered or isolated. Soundings suggest drizzle/fog to also linger and/or be a possibility. The primary low dives south/east across and south of the area, producing 1-2 inches (locally higher possible) of rainfall over another 24-36 hour period, mostly Tuesday night-Wednesday. These amounts are below revised FFG even with the recent rainfall, so little more than nuisance or prone areal flooding is expected. Due to the clouds/rain, we'll continue to see muted temperatures hover largely in the 50s. Even after this system pushes out Thursday, we'll remain in a cool nwly flow aloft that continues below normal temperatures into/thru the weekend. && .AVIATION /18Z TAFS THROUGH 18Z TUESDAY/... Issued at 110 PM CDT Mon Oct 27 2025 Steadier rains will continue with their break up into more widely scattered or isolated shower activity with time, but drizzle/fog remains possible otherwise. CIGS/VSBYS will largely continue in restricted categories and oscillate with the lowest LIFR/IFR conditions overnight. && .PAH WATCHES/WARNINGS/ADVISORIES... IL...None. MO...None. IN...None.
