Through 900 pm, scattered showers and possibly an embedded 

thunderstorm will meander over waters near and north of Rebecca 

Shoal and the Dry Tortugas. The stronger of the activity will produce

blinding downpours, wind gusts 20 to 25 knots, and potentially a 

rare lightning strike.
