Through 300 pm, scattered showers will move to the west to northwest

at near 15 knots through the offshore Gulf waters north and west of

the Lower Keys, including the Dry Tortugas. The stronger of the 

activity will produce heavy downpours reducing visibility and wind 

gusts near 25 knots.
