Through 130 pm, scattered showers will move to the west to northwest

at near 15 knots through the offshore marine zones west of the Lower

Keys, including the western Straits of Florida and the Dry Tortugas.

The stronger of the activity will produce heavy downpours reducing 

visibility and wind gusts near 25 knots.
