Through 945 pm, isolated showers with embedded thunderstorms will 

move east to northeast at 10 to 15 knots over the Outer Gulf waters 

north of the Dry Tortugas. Mariners will encounter reduced 

visibilities in moderate to heavy downpours, occasional lightning 

strikes, and wind gusts up to 25 to 30 knots near the thunderstorms.

The strongest showers are located near S Tower.
