Through 930 am, isolated showers and thunderstorms will move 

north around 10 knots through the offshore Gulf waters, mainly from

north of Smith Shoal Light through waters east of the P and T Towers.

Mariners encountering this activity can expect brief moderate to

heavy rainfall reducing visibilities, wind gusts to near 25 knots,

and a few lightning strikes. Additional isolated showers will be

found across the eastern Straits of Florida mainly offshore Alligator

Reef and Davis Reef Lights, and in eastern Florida Bay.
