IS NOW IN FORCE  FOR SOUTHERN COOKS LAND AREAS.



A STRONG WIND WARNING IS NOW IN FORCE FOR NORTHERN COOKS WATERS.





Situation:

A weak trough of low pressure with associated cloud and showers

continues to affect Southern Cooks.



A moist easterly wind flow prevails over Northern Cooks.



Forecast to midnight tomorrow for the Southern Cooks:

Over Land areas: Southeast winds 20 to 25 knots.

Over Waters: Southeast winds 20 to 30 knots. Rough to very rough

seas.



Cloudy periods with some showers.

 

Further outlook:    Cloudy periods with some showers. Strong winds

continuing. 



For Rarotonga:

Over Land areas: Southeast winds 20 to 25 knots.
