The warm and dry conditions we're expecting most of the week have

set in. MinRH values will be in the 20 to 40  percent range Tuesday

and Wednesday across the interior and at higher elevations. Moderate

offshore flow will be breezy at times each afternoon.

High pressure has started to build into the area  but many inland

areas continue to see low clouds and/or fog  this morning. These are

expected to take some time to clear  this morning, especially in the

north. Light northeast winds on  the ridges are expected this

morning becoming northwest in the  afternoon. Tonight more of the

valleys away from the coast are expected to remain clear. Tuesday

some warming and drying is  expected with highs getting close to

70 in some areas. A few clouds and light showers are possible in Del

Norte county  early Wednesday. Dry weather is expected Thursday.

Friday and  into the weekend there is the potential for some more

rain.
