Breezy southwesterly winds develop this afternoon and increase

further in the evening, gusting 20 to 30 mph. Winds will be similar

but a little lighter on Independence Day, with temperatures continuing

to trend cooler below normal. Temperatures gradually warm over 

the weekend with lighter winds.
