.DISCUSSION...Excellent (85-95%) overnight humidity recoveries 

last night, but drier conditions are expected today as clouds 

clear through the afternoon and brief high pressure moves over the

fire area. An inversion looks to develop this evening around 

2100, breaking around 0900 Tuesday morning. Winds will begin to 

increase slightly overnight as the next weak system approaches, 

peaking after the inversion breaks on Tuesday.
