.DISCUSSION...



A break in weather Saturday followed by a wet and mild pattern Sunday 

through Tuesday. There is a 40% chance of the area seeing 72 hour rainfall 

totals of 2+ inches of rain Monday through Wednesday. Monday through 

Wednesday will have gusty winds up to 25-30 mph. Peak winds will arrive 

Tuesday night into Wednesday, Precipitation will transition from rain to 

snow early Wednesday morning. Stehekin River at Stehekin is forecast to 

go into Minor Flood stage (24 feet) early Tuesday morning, then decrease, 

falling below Action Stage (22 feet) by Thursday afternoon.
