.DISCUSSION...Sunny skies are expected to prevail today leading to

temperatures rising into the 80s, perhaps to near 90. MinRH values

will dip to about 35-45 percent and winds will take on a more 

westerly component. Expect to see winds increase to about 5 to 12

mph, with gusts up to 22 mph this afternoon. In terms of the marine

layer, expect that to reestablish around 1200 to 1500 ft tonight 

similar to what we saw this morning. This could bring stratus around

the Livermore to Dublin area tomorrow morning, and overnight recovery

around 77-87 percent.
