Low clouds and fog are expected through around 1000 AM Thursday morning,

with good clearing by late morning through early evening. Low clouds will

return between 2100 to 2300 hours Thursday night, with dense fog likely

after midnight. Light winds during the late night to morning hours will

increase from the south Thursday afternoon with peak gusts below 15 mph.

                    becoming sunny (0-10 percent).

Eye level winds.....Variable winds 0-3 mph becoming south 3 to 4 mph.

                    5 to 9 mph in the afternoon.
