Expecting clear skies and increasingly dry conditions with

developing offshore winds. Winds should peak Tuesday night into 

Wednesday, and remain rather gusty through the day, with gusts 

of 25 to 30 mph possible. Winds may be lighter than forecast at 

times, especially on Tuesday. Humidities fall into the teens 

each day, with little recovery Tuesday night.
