.DISCUSSION...Strong high pressure will remain in place through

the weekend resulting in generally dry conditions, very warm

temperatures, and generally light winds. As the ridge shifts east

Sunday, winds will start to pick up across the area, staying

strong and gusty through Tuesday morning ahead of a cold front.

Temperatures by Tuesday will drop about 20F for highs from values

observed on Saturday, near or below seasonal normals, with

relative humidity values rising significantly as the cold front

and associated trough move through. Best coverage of showers will

be north of the burn, but there will be a chance of showers,

particularly Tuesday into Wednesday.
