.DISCUSSION...A weak system is expected to push through the Great

Basin today, exiting the area by late evening tonight. Given

limited moisture, no rainfall/snowfall is expected at the burn

site today. Light winds will hold primarily out of the west-southwest 

ahead of a cold front, becoming light northwesterly following the 

passage of the cold front around 1500-1700. Overnight, winds will

remain terrain driven downslope with northwest winds prevailing

after sunrise on Friday. In the presence of a cool airmass,

temperatures will remain slightly below normal today before

warming up with stable conditions persisting through at least

Friday.
