.DISCUSSION... Low pressure over the Northern Rockies will keep 

light precipitation and cloudy skies in the forecast through 

tonight. Strong westerly winds gusting to about 25 mph will 

persist through the afternoon. High pressure builds on Tuesday. A 

shortwave on Wednesday may provide some light showers in the 

mountains, but the next significant precipitation system isn't 

expected until next weekend, when another albeit weaker 

atmospheric river system arrives.
