.DISCUSSION...A ridge of high pressure will break down on

Saturday. Upper level flow will become southwesterly with a jet

streak over the Northern Rockies. The result will be windy

conditions at the surface with chances for thunderstorms later in

the evening. Expect winds to become southwesterly around midday, 

increasing considerably by about 1300 MDT. There will be about a 

60% chance that gusts will exceed 30 mph. There will be about a 

20% chance for thunderstorms. Storms will be capable of producing 

erratic outflow winds and small hail. A wetter weather pattern 

will begin on Sunday, with rain in the forecast into the middle of

the week.
