amounts of smoke. Winds will be westerly on the terrain, light and

diurnally driven in the valleys. Thermal belts will be in place

the next several nights with poor recoveries on the midslopes and

higher terrain, while valley bottoms see significant night time

recoveries. 



There is increasing confidence in light to moderate east winds

(10-15 mph) late Thursday evening through Friday morning, turning

westerly and gusty again on Friday afternoon.
