.DISCUSSION...

Current winds are southeasterly around 15 to 20 mph gusting 25 to 30 mph 

under a gusty shower near Laramie. This shower has since dissipated and 

winds are expected to slowly reduce back to around 6 to 12 mph in about 

30 minutes to an hour. After this, winds remain at 6 to 12 mph through 

11pm tonight. Around 11pm, winds turn more southerly and further decrease 

to 5 to 10 mph. Showers are not expected overnight.
