.DISCUSSION...

Dry and light to breezy westerly to northwesterly winds hold true

this afternoon at the fire location before tapering off this 

evening. A cold front currently pushing thru eastern NM will

advance around the southern side of the Jemez Mountains and up

U.S. Hwy 550 to the fire location this evening around 9pm to 11pm

MDT. A southeasterly wind direction is favored, but could be 

erratic at times given the complex nearby terrain. Gusts of 15 to

25 mph will be possible as well overnight before winds begin to 

lessen and veer out of the south near sunrise Monday morning. A 

moderate cool down and increase in humidity follow this front 

before drier and warmer westerlies look to return Tuesday.
