.DISCUSSION...

Afternoon thunderstorms so far are staying southwest of the fire 

location. Prevailing breezes will tend to be light from the south 

southeast, but any passing storm will create abrupt wind gusts. 

Storm chances increase Thursday as an upper level disturbance 

arrives. Thunderstorms will begin to develop by 12pm, expanding in

coverage near and around the fire location through the 

mid-afternoon. Hotter and drier weather is still forecast for the 

Fourth of July and into Saturday.

                    showers and thunderstorms the rest of this
