Partly cloudy to mostly clear the rest of this evening with light and variable to calm winds. Depending on the amount of clearing, some fog development around midnight into the early overnight hours is possible. Temperatures will be falling into the mid- single digits above zero by midnight, with a low temperature tonight of 5 degrees above zero. Single digit wind chills are expected throughout this evening and then around zero overnight. Cloud cover increases tonight with a clipper system bringing a quick-hitting few hours of light snow between 5 AM to 10 AM. Less than 1 inch of snow is expected, though visibility could briefly drop to 1.5-3 miles in the snow. Winds turn northwesterly on Friday with gusts of 20-30 mph from late morning into Friday night. A high temperature in the mid to upper teens is expected late Friday morning, then dropping throughout the afternoon. Wind chills remain in the single digits above and below zero through Friday morning before plummeting to 20 to 30F below zero Friday evening and 30 to 35 below zero Friday night. .REST OF TONIGHT...
