Patchy fog development is possible again late tonight, with better chances across southeast Oklahoma where some breaks in the cloud cover will be possible this evening. Later overnight tonight, scattered thunderstorm development is becoming increasingly likely across portions of southeast Oklahoma and west-central Arkansas on the nose of a strong low level jet streaming ahead of the the frontal boundary. Modest elevated instability and deep layer shear should support a strong storm or two, with hail being the primary threat through sunrise Tuesday. At this time, the greater thunder potential is anticipated ahead of the front over southeast Oklahoma into western Arkansas during the day Tuesday. Behind the front, gusty winds develop Tuesday and continue into the day on Wednesday with gusts near 40 mph possible, especially Wednesday with light rain/drizzle through the day Wednesday across northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.
