Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

Periods of showers and thunderstorms can be expected through late

tonight. A conditions threat of severe storms and isolated flash

flooding exists in the far south near the Tennessee, Georgia, and

North Carolina areas. Elsewhere the threat of any severe storms or

flooding concerns is quite low.
