Patchy fog will be possible overnight into Tuesday. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Rain returns on Tuesday morning, and continues on-and-off through Wednesday afternoon. A few rumbles of thunder could be possible in southern Missouri with these rain showers, but no severe weather is expected. Highest rainfall amounts are expected in central Missouri, where localized amounts up to two inches are possible, but most areas will only see between a half of an inch and an inch of rain. Gusty northwest winds of 30 to 40 mph accompany this system. The strongest winds are forecast along and west of Highway 65 Tuesday night into Wednesday.
