This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a portion of eastern Kentucky.



.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.



Secondary roads and untreated surfaces may still have snow cover and

be slick this afternoon. Some roads, bridges, and overpasses could 

refreeze tonight and result in slick spots.



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.



Some accumulating snowfall will occur Saturday night into early 

Sunday morning, especially near and north of the Mountain Parkway, 

along with a shot of arctic air areawide. Temperatures will remain 

mostly in the teens through Sunday. Widespread temperatures near or 

slightly below zero degrees are likely by early Monday morning.
