Severe storms are not expected with this activity, but brief heavy rain will be possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Scattered storms will be possible on Friday, especially across south central Kansas with better chances at night. While widespread severe storms are not anticipated, a few strong to marginally severe storms will be possible in addition to brief heavy rainfall. Chances for storms are expected to linger through the weekend and into the start of the work week.
