This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and

portions of north central Kansas.



.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.



The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low. 



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.



Patchy dense fog may develop around sunrise Thursday morning 

across portions of the area, particularly in low lying areas and

river valleys. Visibilities down to around one half mile are

possible, at times.



There is a slight chance of thunderstorms over portions of the 

area Thursday night, though severe weather is not anticipated.



With temperatures expected to increase over the weekend, heat 

index values may exceed 100 degrees Saturday through Monday, 

especially in north central Kansas.
