Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South 

Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and 

southeast South Dakota.

Temperatures once again fall to near or below freezing. Patchy areas

of frost are possible for areas along and north of I-90, with chances

increasing as you move north. Temperatures warm rapidly after

sunrise.
