This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.



.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight



Thunderstorms are possible this evening into Thursday mainly over

northern Iowa. In addition to heavy rain and lightning, a few could

become severe with hail and damaging wind. 



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday



A few storms may develop over northeast or east central Iowa 

Thursday afternoon. 



The next widespread chance for storms will start in the west 

Friday afternoon and spread across Iowa overnight Friday night,

with chances continuing through Saturday and into Sunday.

Spotter activation may be needed this evening into tonight over

northern Iowa.
