Widespread frost may develop through sunrise this morning for

areas east of the Mississippi as temperatures drop near or below

freezing.

Wisconsin...southwest Wisconsin and west central Wisconsin.



.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight



Relative humidity values will fall to between 15 to 20 percent

this afternoon as temperatures climb into the 70s. Any areas with

dry grasses or vegetation that has not yet greened up will be

susceptible to fire starts. Winds will remain light at between 5

to 10 mph.
