This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north and central Georgia.



.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...



Showers and few thunderstorms will continue through this morning 

with locally heavy rain, lightning and brief gusty winds the main 

threats. A few strong to marginally severe storms remain possible 

across central Georgia this morning, mainly south of an Americus to 

Dublin to Swainsboro line.



A Flood Watch remains in effect for much of north Georgia and parts 

of central Georgia through this morning for a localized risk of 

flash flooding and river/stream flooding.



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday...



The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.



Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms are possible Saturday into 

Sunday. At this time, the severe threat remains low, with the 

primary threats being locally heavy rain and brief gusty winds.
