Prolonged cold will continue to pose a threat to vulnerable 

populations and carry the potential to rupture pipes.



Hazardous travel expected Friday into early Saturday with the 

potential for accumulating snow; 1 to 3 inches of snow is expected 

across the region. Winter weather headlines will likely be needed for

portions of the region.
