A brief lake effect snow band and light to moderate snow showers 

with possible embedded snow squalls are expected Saturday in the St. 

Lawrence Valley and portions of the northern Adirondacks. Snow will

be mainly in the afternoon and evening hours Saturday. Localized 1-3

inches of snow are expected.
