A surface low developing over the Mid-Atlantic will bring a chance

for light to moderate rain showers Friday and Friday night with up 

to an additional 1 inch of rain possible. With already saturated 

ground from the recent heavy rains, there will be a chance for 

isolated flash flooding and stream and river flooding where the 

heaviest rain falls.
