Rain will diminish from west to central tonight, while lingering 

across the east. Lows tonight will be cooler and in the 20s and 

30s west to the 40s east. Tuesday, showers could linger across the

far eastern Dakotas and much of Minnesota with mainly dry 

conditions elsewhere. Mostly dry conditions are then expected 

through the rest of the week. Temperatures remain cooler, albeit 

near average, through the workweek, with highs in the 40s and 50s 

and lows in the 20s and 30s.
