Very cold temperatures with dangerous wind chills are expected today through Saturday night. Highs will only be in the single digits above and below zero, with overnight lows in the single digits below zero southwest to the 20s below northeast. A rapid warmup is then expected to start the upcoming week. Another round of accumulating snow is set to impact western and southern portions of the region Friday through Saturday, especially from eastern Montana through southwest North Dakota and into much of South Dakota.
