Commonwealth through Tuesday. High temperatures on Tuesday will 

generally range from the lower 50s across higher elevations to the

upper 50s along Lake Erie and across southeastern Pennsylvania. 

Low temperatures will generally range from the mid-to-upper 20s to

the lower 40s.



The weather pattern will turn wet, breezy, and chilly to close 

out October with rain and gusty winds Wednesday night through 

Halloween. Locally heavy rainfall will be possible on Thursday 

across southeastern Pennsylvania.
