A slight warming trend is expected to continue through the middle of the week; however, temperatures will remain below seasonal averages for the beginning of February. A weak surface low and upper level disturbance will brush Southern PA with some light snow Tuesday afternoon and night. However, any accumulations will be light. The next shot of more widespread light snow is expected to arrive on Friday, followed by a return to well below normal temperatures and windy conditions with sub-zero nighttime wind chills for the weekend. $$
